The Toyota Avensis Verso is unsurprisingly based on the Avensis platform, and replaced the dated Toyota Picnic in 2001. Although the car continued to be manufactured until 2009, it was discontinued in 2005 following poor sales achievements.
Oddly enough, there was no particular reason for the lack of demand. The Avensis Verso is a thoroughly reliable, comfortable and well engineered people carrier with seating for up to seven people, decent equipment levels and a great range of engines. The real reason for the low sales figures is more likely to be down to heavy competition from Ford, Renault, Vauxhall and Citroen.
We manufacture a fully tailored Avensis Verso car mat set consisting of three pieces - one mat for the drivers footwell, another for the front passenger and a large, full-width mat for the rear row of seats. Please note this set does not include mats for the very back row of seats, as most owners do not use these seats very often.
These mats are made from carefully selected vehicle carpets with cloth edging trim and strong stitching techniques.
